The Director of Emergency Management is hereby authorized to produce credentials on an as requested basis for emergency response organizations and partners that request such credentialing assistance. The Director of Emergency Management is further authorized to collect fees, not to exceed $5 per credential, to offset the costs of production. Such fees will be deposited into the County Treasury and will be used to conduct credentialing and support emergency management operations.
