A Utility Coordination Council is hereby established effective the date of the resolution from which the provisions of this section derive which includes the County Engineer, the County Chairperson, or his or her designee, and such utility companies as determined by the County Engineer to best facilitate and accomplish the requirements of the Highway Authority. Said utility company members may be added to, or removed from, the Utility Coordination Council as determined by the County Engineer.
