§ 31.058  ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS; REPORTING.
   (A)   As soon as practicable, after the members of the Commission have been appointed, the County Sheriff shall call the first meeting and they shall meet and organize by selecting a Chair, a Vice-Chair and a Secretary.
   (B)   The initial officers and their successors shall be selected by the Commission from among its members for a term of two years, or for the remainder of the term of office as a member of the Commission, whichever is shorter.
   (C)   Meetings shall be held upon the call of the Chair or upon the call of two members. Two members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum at all meetings. The Secretary shall keep and maintain a record of its meetings and the business conducted therein.
