§ 31.025  ROAD APPROVAL CRITERIA.
   (A)   For the purpose of plat or survey approval under the provisions of this subchapter, a road shall be identified and determined acceptable only when it meets the following criteria.
      (1)   Road must have been platted and recorded in the County Clerk’s office.
      (2)   Road must be shown as a maintained county road, road district or private road, as certified to the County Engineer by the respective road district commissioner, and maintained in a booklet in the County Engineer’s office.
   (B)   Any plat or survey making reference to a road not meeting the above criteria must be approved through the procedures of Ch. 151.
