Upon request, the County Board may, for good cause, waive any of the requirements of this chapter. Any request for waiver shall be set forth in the application package and shall state the basis for the request to waive, however, the application shall not be deemed filed or accepted for filing, and the Clerk shall not issue a receipt, until the County Board has considered and acted upon the request for waiver.
