§ 114.06  TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEY.
   Each application package shall contain a detailed topographic survey of the proposed site and the surrounding area within 500 feet which indicates land use and, if applicable, the boundary of the 100-year flood plain as determined by the State Department of Transportation.
