An application for a regional pollution control facility shall consist of an application package including a petition and other attachments, as set forth in the sections below, and shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk. A minimum of 12 complete copies of the application package shall be maintained for public inspection at the office of the County Clerk and copies may be obtained upon the payment of the actual cost of reproduction to the County Clerk.
