§ 114.01  AUTHORITY.
   Pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/1 et seq., the county shall require applicants for a regional pollution control facility, or applicants for site approval to modify the development of an existing facility, to comply with the rules and regulations set forth hereinafter.
