Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rules and regulations adopted herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500. In addition thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations. Each day upon which such violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
