§ 30.05 DESIGNATED DEPOSITORIES.

   The following financial institutions shall be, and are hereby designated to be, the depositories of public funds and monies of the county:

   (A)   Bank of America;

   (B)   Banterra Bank;

   (C)   Community National Bank;

   (D)   First Bank;

   (E)   Herrin Security Bank;

   (F)   South Pointe Bank;

   (G)   Southern Illinois Bank;

   (H)   State Bank of Whittington;

   (I)   Union Planters Bank; and

   (J)   US Bank.
