(A) Such hearing shall be conducted by the Board upon due and reasonable notice to all parties. The Board shall have power to administer oaths and to take sworn testimony. Any party alleged to have violated this chapter shall be entitled to be represented by counsel and shall have the right to call witnesses in his or her own behalf and to cross-examine witnesses.
(B) At the conclusion of such hearing, the Board shall render the complainant a decision.
