§ 92.16  LICENSING.
   Every real estate broker shall apply for and obtain a license from the county prior to transacting any business involving real estate in the county as a real estate broker and prior to advertising or assuming to act as such real estate broker. The commission of a single act as such real estate broker without such license shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
