(A) Responsibility for maintenance of the code of ordinances is placed within the County Board office. Books will not be given to the individual Board members but be kept in the County Board office. The County Clerk’s office, County Board Secretary, Office of the County Administrator and the County State’s Attorney will also receive books.
(B) The procedure for the maintenance of the books will be as follows. Revisions will be typed by a secretary in the County Board office and copies made for each book. These copies will also be sent to the County Clerk’s office, Office of the County Administrator, Office of the State’s Attorney and County Board Secretary with instructions to insert the revisions in the proper ordinance.
