§ 91.37  APPREHENSION AND INVESTIGATION.
   (A)   For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Administrator, his or her authorized representative or any peace officer may enter onto private property to apprehend a dog or other animal thought to be:
      (1)   Infected with rabies;
      (2)   A straying dog or other animal; or
      (3)   A dog or other animal which has bitten any person.
   (B)   At the request of the owner or occupier of private property, the Administrator, or his or her authorized representative, may enter onto such property to apprehend any such animal whether or not said animal is wearing a rabies inoculation tag or an identification tag.
