§ 91.05 POWERS OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE.

   (A)   The Board Health and Environment Committee, by virtue of this chapter, has the following powers:

      (1)   Develop written job descriptions for all personnel working in the Animal Control Program;

      (2)   Draft written rules and regulations for the operation of the Animal Control Program; and

      (3)   Prepare an annual budget for the operation of the Animal Control Program.

   (B)   It shall also be the duty and power of the County Board Health and Environment Committee to approve all expenditures under the Animal Control Program.
