(A) The Animal Control Act, 510 ILCS 5/1 et seq., is hereby adopted by this Board as the “Franklin County Animal Control Ordinance”, the ordinance from which the provisions of this chapter derive, in addition to other provisions in this chapter.
(B) All provisions of the Animal Control Act, 510 ILCS 5/1 et seq., are hereby incorporated into this chapter by reference and, wherein the local ordinance from which the provisions of this chapter derive and Animal Control Act might conflict, the Animal Control Act shall take precedence.
