For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OUTSIDE.
Not within the confines of an enclosed and permanent structure.
PERIOD OF EXTREME FIRE HAZARD.
Any period of time when, due to weather conditions such as dryness, wind, or a combination thereof, or other weather condition, or combinations thereof, the likelihood of fire spreading out of control is greater than usual.
