Each licensee shall submit a written quarterly report on forms provided by the county based upon the quantity of solid waste collected in the quarter. These quarterly reports are due on April 30, July 31, October 31 and January 31 of each calendar year and shall contain a summary of all wastes received, hauled, recycled, transferred and where waste was deposited. Failure to submit a report shall constitute a violation of this subchapter and will result in suspension or revocation of the license. Names and addresses of recycling processors/end market’s used will remain strictly confidential.
