This chapter shall adopt by reference, and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, provisions set forth in the current unabridged form of 225 ILCS 225, the Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act and the code promulgated thereunder by the State Department of Public Health, and any subsequent amendments or revisions thereto, three certified copies of which shall be on file in the office of the County Clerk.
