§ 30.074 DRUG-FREE WORK PLACE.
   The United States Congress enacted the Drug-Free Work Place Act of 1988, effective 3-18-1988. The County Fiscal Court hereby adopts a “Drug- and Alcohol-Free Work Place Substance Abuse Policy”.
