§ 155.277 DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS; APPLICABILITY.
   The lot area, lot width, yard and usable open space requirements of this chapter shall not apply to planned unit developments. The siting and location of buildings, improvements, structures and common open spaces within the area of the planned unit development shall be controlled by the development plans which are approved for the planned unit development.
