(A) Lot dimensions shall conform to the requirements of any zoning regulation; except that, residential lots not served by public or private sewer shall be 100 feet wide measured at the building line and one and one-half acres in area with evidence of satisfactory site evaluation by the local Health Department or other approved sewage disposal system.
(B) Only one single-family dwelling shall occupy a lot that is at least one and one-half acres.
(C) Only one single-family dwelling is to be connected to a single septic tank system.
(D) Only one septic tank system shall be approved per individual subdivided lot regardless of the size of the subdivided lot.
