(A) The county may furnish additional policy, criteria and information including specifications and standards, for the proper implementation of the requirements for this chapter in the form of approved best management practices (BMP), which will be located in the county’s Storm Water Procedures Manual.
(B) The Storm Water Procedures Manual will include specific design criteria and operation and maintenance requirements for storm water BMPs. Storm water treatment practices that are designed and constructed in accordance with these design and sizing criteria will be presumed to meet the minimum water quality performance standards.
(C) Until the development of this resource, information on storm water BMPs is available at EPA’s National Menu of Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Stormwater, https://www.epa.gov/npdes/national-menu-best-management-practices-bmps-stormwater#edu.
