§ 151.24 NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING.
   If, after the report and viewing by the members of the Court, the Court then decides to further consider to adopt the orphan road, the Judge/Executive shall appoint a date for a hearing to allow interested parties to present further information and shall cause public notice to be given of the date and time of the hearing.
