§ 151.05 RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
   In order for a road, not accepted by the county for all maintenance purposes, to qualify for county snow and ice removal, the developer must release the county in writing from liability for ordinary damage to the road done by county work crews prior to the final cap being placed on the road.
