§ 130.06 NON-RETALIATION AND NON-WAIVER OF RIGHTS.

No person or employer shall discharge, refuse to hire or any manner retaliate against an employee, applicant for employment or customer because that employee, applicant or customer exercises any provisions of this chapter or reports a violation of this chapter.
