§ 114.01 DEFINITION.
   PAWNBROKER is any person, firm or corporation whose occupation is or includes the taking and receiving by way of pledge, pawn or exchange of any goods, wares or any kind of merchandise as security for payment of money or any person engaged in the purchase of gold, silver or other precious metals or jewelry.
