(A) Purpose. This section provides for the recovery of costs from users for the implementation of the sewage collection and treatment system described herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth by the county as determined on a project-by-project basis. Tap-on fees will be the most current schedule used by the Frankfort Sewer Department.
(B) Charges and fees.
(1) The county may adopt charges and fees which may include:
(a) Fees for reimbursement of costs of constructing and operating the county’s sewer projects;
(b) Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;
(c) Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction;
(d) Fees for permit applications;
(e) Fees for filing appeals;
(f) Fees for consistent removal by the POTW of excessive strength conventional pollutants; and
(g) Other fees as the county may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein.
(2) These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this chapter and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the county.
