§ 30.086 VOTING LEAVE.
   All full-time employees entitled to vote in any election shall be given up to two hours off on Election Day to vote, with pay (primary and general) and a full day (up to eight hours) for presidential elections if the employee is working during polling hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If the employee works a partial shift during polling hours, he or she will only be allowed voting leave for the time worked during those hours. Employees not scheduled to work on election days will not receive additional pay. The supervisor or the County Judge/Executive may specify the hours during which each employee may be allowed time off to vote.
