A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, being marked and designated as the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code, published by International Code Council, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Property Maintenance Code of the Village for the control of buildings and structures as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the 2018 International Property Maintenance Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference as if fully set out in this chapter, save and except such portions as are hereinafter amended or repealed as provided in Section 1480.02
