The Department of Engineering, or any of its officers, may rely upon any officer of the County Board of Health in making a determination that a building or premises is unsanitary, unfit for human habitation, or in such a condition that it is likely to cause sickness or disease. The Department, or any of its officers may rely upon the Fire Chief or Assistant Fire Chief of the City Fire Department in determining that a building or premises is a fire hazard.
