At the request of the village, a person or entity issued a license from the village who is not otherwise authorized by law to possess the substance, shall immediately provide the Village Police Department with sample(s) of any substance(s) that there is a reasonable cause to believe is within the provisions of this subchapter. The village shall provide the licensee with a copy of the results of any tests conducted on the substance.
