Unless otherwise authorized or permitted by law, no person shall possess, distribute, display, market, sell, exchange, offer or use:
(A) Any substance, including but not limited to, those substances which are controlled, prohibited or regulated under or subject to the Illinois Controlled Substance Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 570, §§ 1 et seq.) or the Cannabis Control Act (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 550, §§ 1 et seq.);
(B) Synthetic marijuana or bath salts;
(C) Any non-prescriptive substance that has a chemical structure and or psychological effect on a person similar to the active ingredients contained in any substance controlled or regulated under federal or state laws or regulations, including the Illinois Controlled Substance Act and the Cannabis Control Act.
