§ 119.03.1 LICENSE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   The tobacco licensee shall immediately notify the Village Clerk and the Village Administrator in writing, by either personal service or by certified U.S. Mail (return receipt requested), separately addressed to each at the Village of Frankfort Administrative Center, in the event of any of the following:
   (A)   The cessation of a business licensed under this chapter; or
   (B)   The cessation of the sale of tobacco and tobacco-related products by a business licensed under this chapter: or
   (C)   The sale, transfer, assignment or alienation of any interest in a business licensed under this chapter.
