§ 120.02 RECORDATION OF TRANSACTION.
   Any merchant who purchases pre-owned merchandise shall, for every transaction, secure and maintain for at least two years from the date of the transaction not less than the following information:
   (A)   The name, address, email address, telephone number, mobile number of the seller;
   (B)   The following information shall be recorded from a legible copy of a current United States federal or state issued photographic identification or driver's license showing a clear photograph of the seller:
      (1)   Seller's name;
      (2)   Seller's address;
      (3)   Seller's date of birth;
      (4)   Seller's drivers license/identification number;
   (C)   A complete, accurate and full description of each item in excess of $10, which, if located on the item shall include the serial number, model number, identification number, or distinguishing marks, with photograph and amount paid to the seller;
   (D)   Abbreviations shall not be used. Each item shall be listed separately and terms such as "scrap," "bulk," etc, cannot be used in item descriptions; and
   (E)   The exact time the pre-owned article was purchased.
