§ 159.35 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS.
   All exhibits required for the permanent file must be able to be reduced to legal size (8½ x 11) by folding, photo reduction, and the like. However, larger mounting boards, material samples, or other exhibits may be used for the Design Review Committee presentation. Ten black or blue-line prints of the following are required for submittal for presentation to the Design Review Committee. In addition, the following submittal requirements must be submitted for the relevant project types:
   (A)   Building structure proposals. Complete elevations of all proposed construction and related elevations of existing structures are required, containing the following information (all proposals shall include a building material presentation board):
      (1)   Building elevations for side of the building;
      (2)   Script of building material;
      (3)   Identify color scheme;
      (4)   Pitch of roof.
   (B)   Site plan. A site plan is required for projects requesting funding for site improvements:
      (1)   Scale and north arrow;
      (2)   Address of site;
      (3)   All property and street pavement lines;
      (4)   Proposed ingress and egress to the site, including the number of proposed on-site parking spaces. Delineate traffic flow with directional arrows;
      (5)   Location of proposed existing landscape;
      (6)   Proposed number of each type of plant (botanical and common name), and installation size of plants proposed for all landscape areas;
      (7)   Location of street trees along parkways;
      (8)   Location of existing and proposed buildings on site, and all buildings within 50 feet of the site’s boundary;
      (9)   Location of all existing and proposed lighting standards.
   (C)   Sign proposal. An elevation is required of each face of the proposed sign, showing the following information:
      (1)   All specifications, including size of letters and graphics;
      (2)   Description of sign and frame materials and colors, including supports;
      (3)   Wall anchorage details for wall-mounted signs;
      (4)   All backlit block signs are strongly discouraged.
   (D)   Elevation. Elevations and description of building materials for ground-mounted signs. An elevation drawn to scale of the entire wall of the building to which the sign is to be fixed, correctly locating the sign.
   (E)   Lighting proposals; site plan. A site plan is required containing the following information:
      (1)   Scale and north arrow;
      (2)   Address of site;
      (3)   All property and street pavement lines;
      (4)   Location of all existing and proposed lighting standards, complete with photometric diagram;
      (5)   Cut sheet of proposed lighting fixture.
