§ 159.22 LIGHTING.
   (A)   Outdoor lighting, where provided, should enhance the building design and the adjoining landscape. Lighting standards, fixtures and all exposed accessories shall comply with the village’s requirements, and design and signs should be harmonious with the design of the surrounding areas. Excessive brightness, flashing lights, and brilliant colors shall not be permitted.
   (B)   Lighting in connection with miscellaneous structures and street hardware shall meet the criteria applicable to site, landscape, building and sign requirements.
