(A) Screening of service yards, utility meters and hardware, mechanical equipment, refuse areas, and/or other potentially unattractive areas shall be screened by the use of berms, dense plantings, masonry walls, or fences, as approved by the Design Review Committee. Non-vegetation screening shall use materials and design similar to the architecture of the structure. Screening shall be effective in the winter and summer seasons.
(B) The degree of visibility and screening of service yards, utility meters and hardware, mechanical equipment, refuse areas, and/or other potential unattractive places shall be evaluated using the following criteria:
(1) The degree of visibility from all adjacent public right-of-ways;
(2) The architectural compatibility of screening with the building and structure;
(3) Possible visibility from future buildings and public right-of-ways;
(4) Internal overall appearance in relation to the site.
