§ 154.44 REVIEW OF APPLICATION.
   Applications for a Certificate of Appropriateness are available from the Development Services Department. Such applications shall be completed and submitted to the Development Services Department, which shall be forwarded to the Historic Preservation Commission. The Commission shall schedule a public meeting for consideration of the application within 15 days of its receipt
