§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   In addition to all other remedies available by law or equity any person, owner, developer or subdivider who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a fine of not less than $250 and not more than $750 for each day such violation occurs. Each day shall be considered a separate and distinct offense.
