Time of dedication of land or payment of contribution in lieu of land.
(A) Land shall be dedicated to the appropriate school district or districts, within 30 days after recording the final plat of subdivision or plat for a planned unit development.
(B) Contributions of cash in lieu of or in combination with land for each lot shall be paid prior to the issuance of the building permit subject to the security required in § 153.35. However, all contributions must be paid regardless of the issuance of building permits within two years after the date of final plat or planned unit development approval. No building permit shall be issued for a development until the developer has dedicated the land, paid the cash in lieu of land, or combination of both in full.
