The developer shall transmit copies of each subdivision plat or planned unit development to the applicable school district at the same time as the initial plan or plat for this development is transmitted to the village for its review. Within 21 days after its receipt of the initial plan/plat, the school district shall submit its written recommendations for land dedication or cash in lieu thereof for this proposed development to the village, with a copy to the developer.
