The product derived by the immediately foregoing multiplication calculation in § 153.15 shall constitute the number of acres for elementary, middle, and high school purposes in order to have sufficient land for school sites to serve the estimated number of increased children in each such school classification as a result of the development of the proposed subdivision or planned unit development.
