§ 153.04 SUCCESSORS.
   In the event the village, or any of the school districts shall cease being in existence, then this chapter shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successor municipality, or school district, as the case may be, whose boundaries include the applicable subdivision, or planned unit development.
