For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
REFUSE. Includes garbage, such as all animal debris, fruit, or vegetable matter and all other substances capable of decay, fermentation or putrefaction, paper, waste paper, rags, floor sweepings, tin cans, glass ware, crockery, bottles, ashes, cinders, clinkers, and other household waste, and the remodeling of old or construction of new buildings. The recital of illustrative inclusions under the above definition are by way of example rather than limitations.
