§ 150.58 LICENSE REVOCATION; REINSTATEMENT.
   (A)   Any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the Village Department of Community Development for any violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter; such revocation shall be in addition to any fine or penalty imposed. No person whose license has been revoked as herein provided shall be eligible for a new license for a period of one year from the date of such revocation. All appeal from the action of the Village Department of Community Development to revoke a contractor’s license shall be filed within ten days of such action with the Village Board of Trustees who shall conduct a hearing on such revocation.
   (B)   The Village Department of Community Development may refuse to issue a license in the event that any of the provisions of this subchapter which conditions are precedent to the issuance of the license have not been met. Any appeals from an action of the Village Community Development to refuse to issue a contractor’s license should be filed within ten days of such refusal with the Village Board of Trustees who shall conduct a hearing on such refusal to issue a license.
