§ 150.55 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE.
   The Village Department of Community Development shall issue licenses upon proper application and compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, and payment of the fee set out in § 150.53. All licenses shall be valid for one year from date of issue unless otherwise revoked as prescribed in this subchapter.
