§ 35.06 ANNEXATION TO THE FRANKFORT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
   The owner/developer of any parcel of property annexing into the village shall petition the Frankfort Fire Protection District for annexation into its district within 60 days of the execution of the annexation to the village, provided the subject parcel is not located in any other fire protection district.
