§ 34.18 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Pension Board shall have all applicable rights, powers, obligations and duties as from time to time granted by law including as set forth in Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code (ILCS Ch. 40, Act 5, §§ 3-101 et seq.) as from time to time amended.
