§ 137.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM. Shall have the meaning as defined in § 1.1 of the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act, ILCS Ch. 430, Act 65, § 1.1.
   HANDGUN. Shall have the meaning as defined in § 5 of the Firearms Concealed Carry Act, ILCS Ch. 430, Act 66, § 5.
